That is indeed something that may happen when you suppress that sexual energy and do nothing with it. that’s normal then to have blue balls, and feel anger and irritation. When you practice semen retention, you need to use that energy in something else, it’s your creative energy and the essence of life.

I never experienced blue balls however i experienced some symptoms like pain and constant pressure like my balls are sitting in a pressure cooker.

You need to either circulate the energy in the body or redirect that energy to your projects for example. Circulating that energy is mandatory otherwise your energy will be stuck in your balls and you will start to feel anger, irritability, frustration, and sexual frustration that can lead to some premature ejaculation due to your gun loaded to death.

I see another potential problem in practicing semen retention, some men may become rigid because they are so obssessed to avoid releasing that they may feel guilty when they ejaculate.

I felt guilty in the beginning, especially if I set a goal of xx days before releasing. I guess it is common to feel that way but over time I learned to be gentle with myself and learned to enjoy those moments too.
